Laird Cruickshank

Laird Cruickshank graduated from McGill University with two law degrees in 1982. Laird moved to the West Coast shortly after completing law school and was called to the bar in 1983. In his 33-year career Laird has practiced in varied areas of the law, with an emphasis on personal injury, civil litigation, criminal law and immigration. Laird has trial experience in all levels of Court in British Columbia as well as the Federal Court.

Sandy Therrien

Sandy obtained her paralegal training at Capilano College in North Vancouver and graduated from this program in 1992. Since that time Sandy has concentrated her efforts in the areas of personal injury, estate litigation and most recently, immigration law. While working at Cruickshank Huinink Sandy went to school part-time and obtained her Certified Immigration Practitioner Certificate through the University of British Columbia and has a comprehensive understanding of all areas of Immigration Law.
